How it works from abroad

Everything happens by email and WhatsApp before you travel. Send your files (press-ready PDFs are ideal - see our file preparation guide), confirm the quote, and pay by card or international transfer. We deliver to hotels, the Convention Centre, and venues across Kigali, or you collect from our studio on KN 87 Street downtown. You'll have one contact person throughout, replying across time zones.
