Most exhibitors at the 29th Rwanda International Trade Fair need a large banner, a roll-up stand, flyers to hand out and branded T-shirts for booth staff. The Expo Booth Kit includes all four - for one fixed price of RWF 450,000, delivered to your booth.
When and where is the expo?
Expo Kigali 2026 - the 29th Rwanda International Trade Fair, organised by the Private Sector Federation - runs 28 July to 17 August 2026 at Gikondo Expo Grounds, Kigali, with 500+ exhibitors and 300,000+ visitors expected. Order before 25 July so everything is ready for opening day.
Do you deliver to Gikondo Expo Grounds?
Yes - delivery to your booth is included at no extra cost. We print locally in Kigali, so there's no shipping from abroad and no customs delays.
