Questions couples ask us

What is the sealed envelope opening?

When your guests open your link, they first see an elegant envelope closed with a wax seal carrying your initials. They tap the seal, the envelope opens, and your invitation is revealed with your music. It turns a link into a moment - most guests replay it two or three times. Try it on any of our live demos.

How does the WhatsApp RSVP actually work?

Your invitation has "Yes, with joy" and "Sadly, can't make it" buttons. When a guest taps one, WhatsApp opens with a pre-written confirmation message - they just press send. Every reply arrives on the WhatsApp number you choose, with the guest's name, so you always know your numbers. On the Royal plan we also keep a guest list dashboard for you and send you an export before the wedding.

How fast will our invitation be ready?

Essential goes live within 5 days, Signature within 7 - counted from when we receive your details and photos. Royal is agreed with you based on the design. Need it faster? The Express 48h add-on delivers in two days.

Can we see it before it goes live?

Always. You get a private preview link and revision rounds according to your plan. Nothing is shared until you say the word.

We live abroad - can we still order?

Absolutely, most of our couples plan from abroad. Everything happens on WhatsApp and email, and we accept international cards and bank transfers. Your guests in Rwanda and overseas all use the same link.

Can guests who aren't tech-savvy use it?

Yes - it opens like a normal webpage from a WhatsApp message, nothing to download or install. And the RSVP is one tap plus send. For elders, we can add a phone number line so they can also confirm by calling a family member.

What about printed invitations for VIPs and parents?

That's our home turf - Kora Branding has printed wedding stationery in Kigali for 28+ years. Royal plan couples get 20% off matching printed invitations, and we design them to match your digital invite perfectly.

How do we pay, and when?

No payment when you order - first we confirm your quote and timeline by WhatsApp or email. Then a deposit starts the design, and the balance is due when you approve the final invitation, before it goes live. Mobile money, cards and bank transfer all work.
