1. About these terms
These terms govern the printing and branding services provided by Kora Branding (“we”, “us”), based in Kigali, Rwanda, to you (“the client”). By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes & orders
Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices depend on quantity, materials, finishing and turnaround, and are confirmed in writing before production begins. An order is confirmed once you approve the quote and, where applicable, a deposit is received.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices may be quoted in RWF or another currency on request. For most orders we require a deposit before production, with the balance due before delivery or collection. We will agree payment terms with you in writing.
4. Artwork & proofs
You are responsible for ensuring artwork you supply is correct, print-ready and that you hold the rights to use it. We will provide a digital proof for approval where relevant; once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for its content, including spelling, layout and colours. Screen colours are indicative and may vary slightly from the printed result.
5. Turnaround & delivery
We always aim to meet agreed deadlines, including same-day and rush options where available. Turnaround begins once artwork is approved and payment terms are met. Delivery times across Rwanda and internationally are estimates and may be affected by third parties beyond our control.
6. Changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible and costs already incurred (including materials and design time) may be charged.
7. Errors, returns & reprints
Please inspect your order on receipt. If there is a defect or an error on our part, contact us within 5 working days and we will reprint or correct it at no extra cost. We cannot accept returns for errors present in approved artwork, or for variation within normal printing tolerances.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your own brand assets. Designs we create remain our property until paid for in full, after which agreed usage rights transfer to you. We may showcase finished work as samples unless you ask us in writing not to.
9. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Rwandan courts.
